Are the lamps handmade or factory-made?
Our lamps are mainly produced in small batches, combining machine precision with handcrafted finishing touches.
This process allows us to offer creative and original designs while maintaining consistent quality. Each piece may have slight variations in texture or color, which gives it a unique charm and character.
What materials are used to make the lamps ?
We use a mix of high-quality materials such as resin, glass, metal, and eco-friendly composites. Each design is carefully selected to combine durability, aesthetics, and originality — ensuring that every lamp adds warmth and personality to your space.
Are the colors and brightness exactly like the photos ?
We do our best to display each lamp as accurately as possible with professional lighting during photoshoots. However, due to screen settings or ambient light, small variations in color or brightness may appear. Most of our customers find the lamps even more charming in person.
Do the lamps come with a bulb included ?
Most of our lamps are sold without a bulb, allowing you to choose the light color and intensity that best fits your home. The socket type (such as E27 or USB) is always specified in each product description, making it easy to find a compatible bulb locally.
How can I clean or maintain my lamp ?
To keep your lamp looking beautiful, simply wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh cleaning products or water directly on the surface. With basic care, your lamp will keep its original shine and appearance for years.
2- Shipping
How long will take to receive my track number ?
We usually process your order within 2-3 days, Once your package has been shipped you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please not that during busy periods or holidays, order processing may take a little longer.
If you haven't received your tracking number after 4 business days, feel free to contact our support team – we'll be happy to help you locate your order status.
How long will it take to receive my order ?
For orders shipped to the United States and Europe, we offer free standard shipping, it typically takes 6-10 days . But please note these data are estimated and not guaranteed because we use 3 delivery partners.
Where is my order being shipped from ?
To ensure fast delivery, our warehouses are mainly located both in the United States and in Europe, moreover we work with local manufacturers.
What should I do if I received damaged or defective product ?
We strive for the highest quality, but if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at brightneststudio.services@gmail.com with clear photos of the damage. Once your request is verified, we will process a full refund or send replacement.
