Returns

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee however we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped, du e to logistics and quality control reasons. Each items is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Damaged or defective items

If your items arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

After verification, we will offer one of the following solution : 

• Full refund or
• A free replacement of the same item.

Order cancellations

Order can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before shipment. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Important note

Customer items, sale products or order with incorrect shipping information are not eligible for refund.
