Standard Shipping

For orders shipped to the United States and Canada, we offer free standard shipping on orders over 30$. Order processing typically takes 1-2 days (Monday - Sunday). Once your order is processed, shipping time usually takes 7-10 business days (Monday - Friday), depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Orders placed after 12:00 AM CST (GMT+8) will be processed the following day.

Track Your Packages

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 2 business days for the tracking information to become available. You can track your order in the following ways:

  1. Directly through the email: Simply click on the tracking number in the email to view the latest shipping status.
  2. Via your BrightNestStudio account: Log in to the  BrightNest backend with your email address and verification code. Once logged in, you can find the tracking number for your order under the relevant order details.
  3. Using Live Chat: Visit the website and use the Instant Answers feature in the chat window at the bottom right. Select Track My Order, then enter your order number and email address to view the tracking information.

These methods give you flexibility and easy access to your order status at any time.

About taxes

For all international orders, BrightNest Studio does not charge additional import taxescustoms dutiessales tax or shipping taxes. The price listed on our website is the final amount you will pay at checkout, including all applicable taxes and fees.

Please note that if there are any issues or discrepancies related to taxes or fees, please contact us directly for assistance. 

Lost or Damaged Packages

BrightNest Studio is fully responsible for any items that are damaged or lost during transportation. If your item is damaged or lost prior to delivery, please contact us immediately with your order number. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays or carrier issues, may cause delays. If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery date, we will offer a 25% discount on your next purchase as a token of appreciation for your patience.
